Who we are

Spark Cashflow operates sparkcashflow.com and provides the Spark Cashflow Sprint — a fixed-scope 13-week cash flow forecasting service for small service businesses. You can reach us at hello@sparkcashflow.com.

What information we collect

Contact and inquiry data (lead form)

When you submit a request on our site, we collect: your name, work email, company name, accounting system (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or other), annual revenue range, and a description of your cash flow situation. This data is used to evaluate fit for the Sprint and follow up with you.

Diagnostic quiz inputs

The cash flow assessment tool on our homepage asks five categorical questions: your revenue model type, typical collection timeframe, current cash visibility level, headcount range, and frequency of cash surprises. These are range and category selections — no company name, revenue figures, or identifying information is collected or transmitted.

Sprint delivery data (financial intake)

If you purchase the Sprint, we request the following to build your model:

• Current bank balance (amount and date)
• Accounts receivable aging report exported from QuickBooks Online or Xero (CSV)
• Unpaid bills / accounts payable report exported from QuickBooks Online or Xero (CSV)
• Payroll schedule for the next 13 weeks (dates and net amounts)
• Known one-off items (tax payments, owner draws, annual subscriptions)

This data is used solely to build your 13-week cash flow model. It is not used for any other purpose.

What we do not do with your data

• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing to other businesses.
• We do not pass your financial data (AR/AP exports, payroll schedules, bank balances) to any AI system. See the section below on AI use.
• We do not share your data with anyone outside of the processors listed below.

AI and automated processing

The only data that is processed by an AI system (Anthropic's Claude) is the five categorical inputs from the diagnostic quiz on our homepage. Those inputs contain no company name, no financial figures, and no identifying information — only category selections.

Your Sprint delivery data — QuickBooks/Xero exports, payroll schedules, AR/AP data, and bank balances — is never transmitted to any AI system. It is processed manually inside Google Sheets by the operator performing your delivery.

Third-party data processors

We use the following third-party services to operate. Each is contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep your data

The Google Sheets model delivered to you is in your own Google account. You own and control that copy. Spark has no access to it after delivery.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If you have an active Sprint engagement when a material change is made, we will notify you at the email address you provided.
